Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, hardworking dryliners to join a fast-paced project in Enfield (EN8 postcode). You must have a car to access the site, as public transport is not available.
To start, I need 1 to 3 tradespeople. NO AGENCIES OR RECRUITERS.
Duties & Expectations
- Building walls, with ceilings to follow.
- Ability to mark out your own work when needed. If you are unsure how to do something, tell me before starting the task—it is cheaper to do the job right the first time.
- Easy to work with, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- On-site drug and alcohol testing is frequent; if you have bad habits, do not apply.
- No drama—we aim for a positive, hassle-free workplace.
Afas Interiors is known for high-quality work. Your board work must be neat, precise, and match my standards. Even if boards are being taped, I expect no gaps, and screws must be set correctly (I will demonstrate). Be ready to learn new drylining techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements
- CSCS Card: Blue card is essential.
- IPAF: Essential for every worker.
- PPE: Hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, and hi-vis vest.
Tools Given the required experience level, you must be fully kitted out. Minimum requirements include:
- 360 laser
- Hand chop saw
- Collated screw gun
- Spit or Hilti nail gun (for steel framing)
- Standard hand tools
Professional-grade tools are expected (Makita, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Hilti, etc.). DIY-grade tools (e.g., Ryobi) are not suitable for this job.
Languages English, Latvian, and Russian speakers are all welcome.
