Job Summary – Car Transporter Driver

As a Car Transporter Driver, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of vehicles using a variety of transporters. If you’re mechanically savvy, take pride in punctuality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate car transporters, vans, and flatbed lorries to move vehicles to and from designated locations.
- Ensure all vehicle movements are completed on time and in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure the transporter is roadworthy.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle movements, and maintenance.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues.
- Safely load and unload vehicles onto transporters.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid C1 + E commercial driving licence with a clean driving record (required)
- Up-to-date CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and digital tachograph card (essential)
- Previous experience transporting cars or operating car transporters is highly desirable
- Familiarity with logistics, or delivery driving is a plus
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic schedules
