Working Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
Salary: £27,000 - £37,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

Our Client operates two growing brands within the indoor air quality sector, supplying high-performance air purification solutions to both consumer and business markets.
With ambitious plans for continued growth, the business is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to take ownership
of marketing activity across both brands and play a key role in driving revenue growth, lead generation and brand development.
Job Purpose
The Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering data-driven marketing strategies that increase eCommerce sales, generate qualified B2B leads and improve customer engagement across multiple digital channels.
Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and wider commercial team, the successful candidate will manage marketing campaigns, optimise digital performance, oversee website content and customer journeys, and ensure both brands maintain strong and consistent market positioning.
This is a commercially focused, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining creativity with data analysis to deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase eCommerce revenue across both brands.
- Generate qualified B2B enquiries through digital marketing activity.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, website traffic and online sales.
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to align marketing initiatives with wider commercial objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and customer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
- Recommend and implement new marketing initiatives based on performance data and commercial potential.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI).
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead generation, customer acquisition and sales performance.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and revenue generated.
- Carry out ongoing testing and campaign improvements based on performance insights.
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimisation
- Monitor and report on marketing performance across all digital channels.
- Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing across advertising campaigns, landing pages, email marketing and website content.
- Analyse customer behaviour using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite and other reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and customer journeys.
- Use data and analytics to support commercial decision-making.
Website & eCommerce Management
- Manage marketing activity across Shopify and WooCommerce websites.
- Maintain website content, landing pages and product information.
- Produce SEO-focused blogs, educational articles and website copy.
- Improve website user experience and online conversion rates.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activity.
Content & Brand Management
- Create and manage engaging content across websites, social media, email marketing and digital channels.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and tone of voice across both brands.
- Develop educational and promotional content to support customer engagement.
- Coordinate creative assets including photography, video and design where required.
- Utilise AI tools appropriately to support research, productivity and proofreading whilst ensuring original, high-quality content.
Email Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns that support customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance and continually improve open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
- Develop communications that increase customer loyalty and retention.
Collaboration & Business Support
- Work closely with the commercial and operations teams to support wider business objectives.
- Produce marketing materials, presentations and sales collateral.
- Support exhibitions, events, product launches and partnership campaigns.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve commercial performance.
- Undertake any additional marketing activities reasonably required to support business growth.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Digital Marketing or Marketing role.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing reporting tools.
- Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CRM and customer journey optimisation.
- Experience creating website content and managing digital platforms.
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience producing SEO-focused content.
- Experience managing social media strategically across multiple platforms.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and using data to improve marketing performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using Canva and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Experience
- Experience using Shopify and/or WooCommerce.
- Experience using Odoo or similar ERP/CRM systems.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite.
- Basic photography, video editing or creative content production skills.
- Experience within eCommerce, consumer products, health, technology or sustainability sectors.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
- Experience working within both B2B and B2C environments.
