Job Specification - Vehicle Graphics & Signage Technician
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with sign making experience to join our team at Flair Signs. We have been established for over 12 years offering a full range of services across the signage sector, supplying a variety of customers all across the North West. We are a company who is growing really quickly so we want to welcome a new member of staff to our team to help us cope with the demand. The successful applicant will have great opportunities to grow with the company and become an integral part of the team, leading to a management role in the future depending on development.
Job summary
The ideal candidate will help across all aspects of production with key responsibilities including:
- Fitting/ installing signage
- Operating large-format printer, laminator & plotter
- Preparing & applying vehicle graphics
- Meeting with customers to find out their requirements
- Vinyl weeding & masking
- Aid quality control process
There are opportunities for the successful candidate to progress further in the company, either down the route of production or design - depending on the candidate’s preference and skillset.

Essential requirements for this role are:

- Driving license and car owner preferable
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Grade 4 (C) or above at Maths & English GCSE
Desirable requirements for this role:
- Previous experience in vehicle wrapping
- Previous experience dealing with customers
- Creative thinking and bringing new ideas to the team
