Inky Siren is a growing independent tattoo studio in Stevenage, specialising in beautifully crafted fine-line and micro-realism tattoos in a calm, private and welcoming environment. We’ve built the studio around giving clients a more personal, considered experience than the traditional tattoo-shop model, and as the business grows, we’re looking for someone brilliant to help us deliver that experience from the very first enquiry.
We’re looking for a warm, organised and commercially minded Studio & Client Coordinator to become an important part of our small team. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, helping manage enquiries, bookings, deposits, follow-ups and the overall client journey, while keeping the studio organised behind the scenes.
We’re looking for someone who communicates brilliantly, loves dealing with people, is highly organised, confident with digital systems and naturally takes ownership. Experience in aesthetics, beauty, private healthcare, hospitality or another appointment-led customer service environment would be a real advantage.
This is a permanent part-time role starting at around 10 hours per week across weekday mornings, with genuine potential for the hours, responsibility and position to grow significantly as Inky Siren expands. For the right person, this could develop into a much larger client coordination or studio management role over time.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
