Customer Service Agent (Inbound & Outbound) – Wakefield (Office-Based)
We are looking for a confident, reliable, and target-driven individual to join our small, established team in Wakefield.
This is a busy phone-based role handling both inbound and outbound calls, suited to someone who is comfortable speaking with customers daily and working towards targets.
The Role
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Promoting relevant products and services where appropriate
- Managing and building customer relationships
- Working towards individual and team targets
Earnings & Benefits
- Realistic earnings of £31,000 – £33,000 per year (uncapped bonus & commission)

- Saturday rota (8:30am – 12:00pm) paid at £14.28 per hour + bonus opportunity
