Level 3 Nursery Nurse
32 hours per week over 4 days

We are a calm, thoughtfully run nursery where staff work closely together with families and external professionals to create a consistent, nurturing and supportive environment where everyone feels they belong.
Our approach is influenced by a hygge-inspired and curiosity-led ethos. The environment is warm, calm and carefully organised, with comfortable group sizes that allow practitioners to build strong, meaningful connections with children and support their growing independent thinking and learning.
We use an in-the-moment approach to planning, allowing practitioners to stay focused on children, their interests and meaningful interactions rather than lengthy paperwork.
You will be supported day-to-day by a present leadership team who work alongside staff in rooms. Full coaching and support are provided to help you feel confident and settled in your role.
Your role
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through warm, engaging interactions
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to creating a calm, nurturing and inspiring environment
- Create curious environments both indoors and outdoors to reflect children's interests, learning styles, which are linked to our Curriculum and Pedagogy.
- Support routines, care needs and day-to-day room organisation
- Work as part of a reflective and supportive team
- Follow safeguarding and nursery policies to maintain high standards of care and safety

About you
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working within an early years setting
- Reliable and supportive team member
- Warm, playful and caring approach with children
- Passionate about creating meaningful experiences and relationships
