We are currently recruiting for an experienced PCB Assembler to join an established electronics manufacturing business in Crawley.
The role will suit someone with hands-on experience assembling and soldering printed circuit boards in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and solder PCBs.
- Through-hole and surface-mount soldering
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and rectify assembly and soldering defects
- Use hand tools and electronic assembly equipment
- Follow production procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements
- Work to production targets and deadlines
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous PCB assembly experience
- Good soldering skills and attention to detail
- Able to read basic engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Experience working within an electronics or manufacturing environment
- Reliable, organised and quality-focused
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
