About the Role:
Liverpool is one of the UK’s fastest-growing hubs for digital and professional services, and at Northbridge Talent Group, we bring that same momentum into modern talent acquisition. We don’t just fill roles—we design hiring strategies that help businesses grow with the right people at the right time.
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who can take full ownership of strategic hiring across key business functions. This is not a transactional recruitment role. You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, shaping workforce plans, improving hiring quality, and elevating the overall candidate experience. You will be the voice of talent inside the business, ensuring every hiring decision is data-driven, efficient, and aligned to long-term growth.
Why Work With Us?
Hybrid Flexibility: Work between home and our Liverpool base, giving you the balance of collaboration and autonomy.
Impact From Day One: You will work directly with senior leadership and hiring managers—your input will shape real business decisions.
Modern Talent Approach: We use a proactive, data-led recruitment model focused on quality hires, not volume.
Career Growth: Clear progression into senior leadership roles within talent and HR strategy.
People-Focused Culture: We prioritise trust, performance, and simplicity over bureaucracy and unnecessary process.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end recruitment for specialist and professional roles across multiple departments.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce planning.
Talent Sourcing Strategy: Build and execute proactive sourcing plans using LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Candidate Experience: Manage the full candidate journey from screening to offer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Market Insight: Provide salary benchmarking, talent availability insights, and hiring recommendations.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to reduce time-to-hire and improve hiring quality.
Employer Branding Support: Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the company’s ability to attract top talent.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 3–6+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR (agency or in-house).
Track Record: Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and successfully filling multiple roles simultaneously.
Stakeholder Skills: Confident working with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
Sourcing Ability: Strong knowledge of direct sourcing tools and modern recruitment techniques.
Communication: Clear, confident, and professional communication style.
Mindset: You are proactive, commercially aware, and focused on outcomes—not just activity.
