Hybrid Working: This role is primarily campus-based to support training and operational requirements. Some flexibility, including limited hybrid working, may be considered after an initial training period, subject to service needs.
We are seeking to recruit an individual with an enthusiastic approach to work, with excellent administrative skills to an existing team of administrators working in the areas of administrative management of our postgraduate programmes, CPD provision and student experience.
You should have advanced IT skills and customer service or student support experience.
The position is based at the University’s Leahurst campus on the Wirral. You should have advanced IT skills plus office and student support or customer services experience, and you will work alongside colleagues to support senior administrators, academics and students.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. Reliability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential. A flexible approach to work commitments is also important.
The position is based at the University’s Leahurst campus on the Wirral. The hours of employment are 16 hours per week (0.4571FTE) across 2 or 3 days a week. The days worked are negotiable.
