Jill recognised a need for home care that truly focused on the local population. Welcombe Care’s purpose is to enhance daily lives by supporting independent living. **Office Administrator Needed**
*Part Time Position, 12.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 2pm-4:30pm (Fixed Hours)
*Salary: £14.00PH, negotiable dependant on experience*

**Job Overview:**
As an Office Administrator at Welcombe Care Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our organisation. You will be responsible for all incoming telephone enquiries, maintaining office organization, supporting the management team and carers on the field with administration duties.
**Duties, not inclusive of**
- Answer all incoming telephone enquiries and direct them to appropriate colleague
- Take comprehensive notes for new care enquiries
- Book assessments for new care enquiries
- Book interviews for potential care assistant candidates
- Process on boarding paperwork for new employees
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Manage clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Answer phones with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Ensure records are kept up to date at all times
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an office setting
