Responsible for:
· Day to day operations in the kitchen.
· Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, and maintaining up to date records.
· Stocking kitchen inventory appropriately
· Ensuring portion control, waste reduction, and efficient stock control.
· Ability to work with the rest of the team in the department, including front of house servers
Experience cooking in a kitchen environment is desirable but full training will be given.
