Fortem International is one of the world's leading independent trade exhibition organisers. We're looking for an ambitious Event Sales Executive to join our London team and build a high-value sales career.
You'll work across our international portfolio of events — selling sponsorship packages and exhibition space to businesses worldwide — supported by experienced sales leaders and a structured progression plan designed to fast-track your career.
What you'll be doing
- Generating new business via phone, email and digital channels
- Selling exhibition stands and high-value sponsorship packages
- Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
- Managing your pipeline using CRM tools
- Attending and working at live events in the UK and internationally
What we're looking for
- Previous sales experience (phone-based or B2B preferred)
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Organised, resilient and comfortable working under pressure
- Educated to A-level standard (degree not required)
- CRM experience beneficial but not essential
Salary & benefits
- Basic salary from £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission — realistic OTE £60,000–£100,000+
