The Role
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling remortgages and other residential property transactions
- Reviewing titles and raising and responding to enquiries
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and transaction documentation
- Managing matters through exchange and completion
- Ensuring post-completion requirements are dealt with accurately and promptly
- Providing clear, proactive updates and advice to clients throughout their matter
- Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues and mentoring the new generation of property lawyers and support staff
- Involvement in business strategy, growth and wider firm development!
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Ideally, is a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or CLC
- Non-qualified fee earners also welcome to apply!
- Is technically confident across freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages
- Takes pride in delivering an excellent client experience
- Is commercially aware and understands the value of repeat and referral business
- Is organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Enjoys working autonomously but also values being part of a supportive team.
