The Role
We’re looking for an Operational Administrator to join our Assessments Team based at our Mansfield Head Office. This team plays a vital role in ensuring our members are booked for their annual assessments efficiently, accurately, and in line with NAPIT scheme rules and KPIs.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where customer service and strong administration skills are essential. You’ll be managing diaries, coordinating bookings, handling member queries, and working closely with Field Officers and internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing diaries and booking annual assessments
- Communicating effectively with Members and Field Officers via phone and email
- Handling assessment queries with a strong customer-service focus
- Working across multiple work streams and teams
- Accurately processing customer information
- Supporting team and business targets through collaborative working
- Taking ownership of your development through regular appraisals

- Have you previously worked in a fast-paced or KPI-driven environment?
