Join our team as a full time Equestrian Instructor / Coach and help create a passion for horse riding among riders of all levels! In this role, you will inspire confidence, develop skills, and promote safety while fostering a love for horse riding and equestrianism Whether working with groups of beginners or seasoned riders, your expertise will help individuals achieve their riding goals in a supportive and energetic environment. Duties
- Deliver engaging and safe riding lessons tailored to riders skill level, from beginner to advanced, for both groups and private clients
- Develop training plans to improve riding techniques, horse handling, and overall confidence.
- Assist with running courses events and holiday activity courses, for children, teens and Adults
- Ensure all riding activities adhere to safety protocols and best practices for rider and horse welfare.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe riding arena, tack room, and equipment area.
- Monitor rider progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements to motivate continued growth.
- Assist with horse care routines including grooming, tacking up, and basic health checks.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages teamwork, respect, and enthusiasm for equestrian sports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in equine coaching or teaching, preferably within equestrian centre.
- Strong passion for horse riding and commitment to promoting safety and skill development.
- Good communication skills to effectively instruct riders of diverse ages and abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate riding techniques confidently across various skill levels.
- Knowledge of horse care basics including grooming, tack maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Certification or training in equestrian coaching or relevant sports coaching credentials.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with flexibility for weekend or evening sessions.

Pay: £25,420.00-£39,698.29 per year
