Locum Dentist – Walton on Thames:
Locum Dentist required for mixed NHS/private practice at the White House Dental Clinic in Walton-on-Thames.
Role Details:
· ASAP start ongoing until further notice. Minimum 3 months availability required.
· Monday to Friday - 6 hours daily shift 8am to 2pm.
· 50% Private and Labs split.
· £12 to £13 per UDA dependent on experience.
· Expected daily target of 25-30 UDAs.
Requirements:
· Active NHS performer number and GDC registration required
· NHS experience essential
