£30,000 - £35,000 OTE + overtime | 44 hrs per week
Tanvic Group, a long‑established family business with a great team culture and strong customer reputation is looking for a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our busy Corby workshop. If you’re enthusiastic, driven and bring a real ‘can‑do’ attitude, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily branch operations and keep workflow running smoothly
- Allocate tasks, monitor workload and maintain high standards
- Step into the workshop to assist with tyre fitting, servicing and repairs
- Maintain workshop safety, equipment standards and cleanliness
- Support and motivate the team, helping with training and development
- Deliver excellent customer service in branch and over the phone
- Handle enquiries, complaints and promote products confidently
- Maintain H&S compliance, PPE use and accurate documentation
- Assist with stock control, ordering, paperwork, banking and invoicing
What You’ll Need
- Experience in tyre fitting or workshop operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to support, guide and motivate a team
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Flexible, reliable and hands‑on approach
- Full UK driving licence
Hours
- 44 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: 8.00am–5.00pm
- Saturday: 8.00am–12.00pm
