Personal Assistant / Support Worker/Carer (Self-Employed Freelance)

Warrior Power Fitness is looking for a reliable, caring and organised Personal Assistant to provide practical support to a client in their home.
This role is ideal for someone who is trustworthy, proactive and enjoys helping people maintain a healthy, organised and comfortable home environment.
The role will include:
- Supporting a client with day-to-day tasks at home
- Helping manage paperwork, organisation and appointments
- Meal preparation, including healthy vegetarian meals
- Preparing nutritious smoothies
- Cooking fresh, balanced meals
- Supporting shopping and household organisation
- Domestic support including cleaning, laundry and maintaining the home environment
- Helping create a safe, organised and comfortable living space
- Providing transport support to medical appointments when required
The ideal person will be:
- Reliable, flexible and caring
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, respectful and trustworthy
- Comfortable working independently
- Confident with cooking and household tasks
- Able to provide patient and compassionate support
Essential requirements:
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
- Must have appropriate business insurance for transporting a client when required
- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Two professional references from previous employers/companies
- Experience in care, personal assistance, support work or a similar role
Desirable:
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs
- Good knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal preparation
- Food hygiene qualification
- First Aid qualification
