Duties

- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance or information.
- Monitor the condition of facilities and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of service and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle guest inquiries effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing guest interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
