The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Bench Joiner with strong experience in bespoke joinery to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture high-quality bespoke joinery from technical drawings
- Produce windows, doors, gates, and exterior joinery to a high standard
- Work on heritage and restoration projects, maintaining authenticity and precision
- Contribute to fire door production (training/experience beneficial)
- Assist with internal joinery projects such as cabinetry and counters where required
- Ensure all work meets strict quality and finishing standards
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and production targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Essential:
- Proven experience as a bench joiner

- Ability to read and work from technical drawings

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience in interior joinery/cabinetry
- Knowledge of heritage or restoration joinery
- Experience with fire doors or compliance standards
- Fitting / site experience
