Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Group Leader to join our team at Fun Foundations Day Nursery in Bridgend. In this role, you will oversee daily nursery operations, lead a team of staff, and ensure the delivery of exceptional early childhood education. This position is vital in maintaining our mission to provide outstanding care and learning experiences for children.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff to ensure high standards of care and education.
- Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to different age groups.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children, parents, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Support staff development through coaching and training.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
- Collaborate with management to improve nursery services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nursery management or leadership within early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
