We are looking for reliable people with good attendance records to join our existing team and add value. We place a lot of emphasis on attitude, drive and time keeping. We clearly do not expect our new Factory Operatives to understand our business or processes, but we do expect you to be positive, hardworking, committed and have a growth mindset.
We run a bonus scheme for our Factory Operatives which is based on several criteria which you control, the keys ones being your attitude, performance and time and attendance, if you are committed, willing to learn and show a good attitude then after 3 months you will be eligible to join the bonus scheme. You will have a quarterly performance review where you will be reassessed for the bonus scheme meaning that you always have the opportunity to improve your bonus.
We place a strong emphasis on building trust within our teams so if you are not reliable open minded and committed, and you do not have a good attitude and have poor attendance record then you will not last!
We encourage open and honest communication at all levels, and we expect people to challenge things that they don't understand, in an appropriate and forward thinking way to help continuous improvement.
