We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our Fulfilment Team at our Ross-on-Wye site.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting a range of clients with their day-to-day fulfilment requirements. You’ll be involved in everything from receiving stock and picking and packing customer orders, through to processing returns and setting up and completing print and mailing jobs.
Attention to detail is really important. Whether you’re packing an eCommerce order, checking a returned product or preparing a mailing, our clients rely on us to get it right.
Full training will be provided.

Duties to include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing completed orders for courier collection and despatch
- Receiving, checking and booking in incoming stock
- Unloading deliveries and safely moving stock around the warehouse
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
- Processing customer returns, including receiving, inspecting and recording returned items
- Setting up print and mailing jobs in line with client instructions
- Restocking packaging and other materials within the warehouse
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
- Assisting with recycling and waste management
- Working with colleagues to ensure daily orders, mailings and other deadlines are achieved
- Following all warehouse health and safety procedures
What you'll need to succeed:
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A reliable and positive approach to work
- The ability to follow processes, instructions and client-specific procedures
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive approach and willingness to help wherever needed
- The ability to work accurately while completing repetitive tasks
- A willingness to learn new skills across fulfilment, returns, stock management and print
- Previous warehouse, fulfilment or print experience would be useful, but is not essential as full training will be provided
