Duties
- Develop customised sales pitches and negotiate favourable terms with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services aligned with client requirements.
- Drive customer service excellence by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
- Utilise IT systems effectively for lead tracking, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Plan and manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets and organisational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or similar commercial environment.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or presentations.
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour at all times.

Pay: £24,420.00-£62,567.30 per year
