Due to the recent awarding of a number of contracts, we have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Demolition Operatives / Supervisors to join our Demolition Team on a permanent basis.
Key Requirements/Experience :
· Soft strip works
· Remove reusable materials
· Trained in safe removal of hazardous material such as asbestos and lead
· CCDO Card Essential
· Relevant Asbestos Awareness Training
· Excellent attitude to all aspects of Health & Safety
· Effective Communication and Good teamwork is essential to the role
· Previous Experience in Demolition Management
· A profound understanding of and adherence to safety practices and regulations
· Familiarity with demo tools and machinery
All applicants should hold qualifications relevant to the position being applied for.
Applicants holding additional certification such as PASMA, IPAF, Hotworks and CPCS accreditations will be at an advantage. A full clean Driving Licence is also beneficial.
The role is primarily based in the North East; however you may be required to work on any site on which we operate within the UK.
