Summary
We are seeking a Full Time (36hrs) Support Worker and Part Time (24hrs) Support Worker to join our team at Inspired2Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents living within our 9 bedded residential home, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping our residents to live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer first aid as needed and ensure a safe environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans.
- Support clients with a diagnosis of learning disability and mental health conditions in a respectful manner.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in care.

Requirements
- Experience in senior care or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Certification in first aid is required.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client support.
