- Use Excel and Dropbox to create and maintain accurate product data
- Maintain master data sheets, ensuring information is accurate, clean and up to date
- Analyse sales and performance data, spotting trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Support weekly, monthly and quarterly ecommerce and trade reporting, working alongside our finance team
- Help monitor sales performance across different products, licences, collections and marketplaces
- Support the creation and launch of new products and licensed collections
- Merchandise products, collections and categories across our websites
- Schedule and update promotional banners, homepage content and collection pages
- Ensure product information, pricing and imagery remain accurate across all channels
- Help manage and grow marketplace channels, including TikTok Shop
- Monitor ecommerce performance and suggest opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with our design, marketing, customer service, finance and fulfilment teams
- Support the wider digital team as we expand into new marketplaces and ecommerce channels
Who We're Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, trade or ecommerce administration
- Are confident using Shopify or another ecommerce platform
- Have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas and large amounts of product and sales data
- Are comfortable analysing sales figures and identifying trends
- Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy keeping data organised and accurate
- Have a creative mindset and a genuine interest in fashion, pop culture and online retail
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lots of products and new launches
- Take initiative and are happy to solve problems independently
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with TikTok Shop or other online marketplaces would be a big plus.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or other design tools is also beneficial, but not essential.
