We are located on a beautiful regenerative farm in South Hams.
Working as a key part of the production team. You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operations and will report to the High Risk Supervisor.
We provide full training.
The main tasks of the job are:
Working within our newly expanded unit you will help to prepare, slice and pack our award winning charcuterie and smoked meat products with the production team.
Completion of all activities as required including meat preparation & packing.
Ensure that the required quality standards are maintained throughout.
Contribute to production planning by carrying out weekly stock checks and informing managers of stock levels.
