Window & Door Fitter – Experienced Installer

Futureglaze Windows Ltd, a family-run business with over 38 years of trading, is looking for a skilled and reliable Window & Door Fitter to join our award-winning team. We’re a well-established company with an excellent reputation across South Wales, and we’re seeking someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for a long-term position. We are looking for an additional fitter due to expansion in order to keep our fitting times down.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced single fitter who is confident in all aspects of uPVC and aluminium window and door installation to join our busy and growing team. We are booked up for months in advance therefore able of offer stability and job security.
Please note: Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in fitting windows and doors. Applications without this experience will not be considered so do not apply.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the double glazing industry.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
- Any points or convictions must be declared on application. This won’t automatically disqualify you, but we need to notify our insurance company.
- Ability to work to a high standard independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and professional customer service.
You must be confident in fitting:
- uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
- Composite doors
- Fascias, soffits, and guttering
- Carrying out repairs and adjustments to existing products
