Clinical Administrator/Co-ordinator – Day Services / Outpatients
Salary £14,929.20 per annum (£24,882 FTE) /£12.76 per hour
22.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Administrator/Co-ordinator. This is a floating role and covers the CNS/MND/Lymphoedema/Day Hospice/Outpatients departments providing administrative support to our clinical teams. This role also includes working closely in conjunction with our colleagues in the Integrated Community Specialist Palliative Care Co-ordination Centre to ensure high quality, seamless & consistent patient care.
What We’re Looking For
In brief, we’re looking for a Clinical Administrator/Co-ordinator who can:
- Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
- To act as a positive role model, maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards Clients, their families, visitors and other staff
- Ensure that effective communication and working relationship is maintained both within the hospice and between Funders and Commissioners, patients and relatives regarding admissions, meetings and any other queries
- Attend meetings and document minutes
- Manage the SystemOne clinical diary
- Promote and ensure the good reputation of LOROS

Essential Requirements
- GCSE grades A to C (grade 4 and above) in English and Maths or equivalent
- Proven ability to use MS Office applications – Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
