About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our busy kitchen team in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a friendly, supportive team.
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to the highest hygiene standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and storage
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping)
- Unloading and storing deliveries, rotating stock correctly
- Supporting the team during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Following all health & safety, food hygiene, and cleaning procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable with a flexible approach to shifts
- Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) is desirable but not essential (we can support training)
