WE’RE HIRING | DELI CHEF
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deli Chef to join our team and help run our brand-new food-to-go deli at Brisbane Food Store, Largs.

THE ROLE
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of our deli and food-to-go offer, preparing fresh, high-quality food while helping us develop a range that keeps up with what customers actually want.
We’re particularly looking for someone with an interest in meal prep, on-trend food, breakfast, hot food and fresh grab & go.
Customer service will be a big part of the role. We want someone who enjoys speaking to customers, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of consistently high standards.
You’ll be working in a brand-new kitchen with some of the best equipment available, including Rational cooking equipment. Previous experience operating Rational equipment would be preferred, but isn’t essential as training can be provided.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous food preparation / kitchen experience is essential
- A genuine interest in food and current food trends
- Excellent customer service skills
- High standards of food quality, cleanliness and hygiene
- Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure
- A strong team player
- Confident working independently and using your own initiative
- Someone who wants to contribute ideas and help develop the deli
- Experience with Rational cooking equipment is preferred but not essential
HOURS & PAY
£13.00 – £14.5 0 per hour, depending on experience
28 hours per week
Overtime available
Rotating shifts between 6:30am – 3:30pm
Two weekends off per month
