We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Support the cooking process by preparing ingredients and basic dishes under supervision

- Help with cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly
- Organise stock levels and ensure ingredients are stored correctly
- Serve food to customers or staff as required, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Support the team during busy periods by providing excellent customer service and efficient service delivery
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is advantageous
- Basic understanding of meal preparation and food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
