Excell Supply is currently supporting schools across Flint in recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) specialising in Core Subjects (English, Maths, and Science). This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified teachers looking to complete their induction or gain valuable experience in a range of supportive secondary school settings.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, or Science.
- Develop effective classroom management skills in a supportive environment.
- Assess and track pupil progress in line with school policies.
- Work collaboratively with mentors and experienced teaching staff.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Engage fully with the ECT induction programme where applicable.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS.
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, or Science.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young people.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to professional development and ECT progression.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
