Bethany House Care Home in Plymouth is seeking Caring and Committed Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team. We provide high quality residential care to older adults in a warm and welcoming environment, where dignity, respect, and person -centred care are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant at Bethany House, you will:
- Support residents with daily living tasks such as personal care, dressing, mobility and mealtimes
- Build strong and meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Assist in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Work as part of a caring team under the supervision of senit staff and manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Good communication skills and a team-orientated attitude
- Reliability, empathy, and a strong work ethic
