Quality, Data & Compliance Officer's Role
You will support the organisation in maintaining inspection-ready standards, producing accurate performance data, and assisting with tender submissions. The role combines data analysis, regulatory oversight, cross-department coordination, and operational reporting in a fast-paced care environment.

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Quality, Data & Compliance Officer to play a central role in strengthening our audit systems, performance reporting, inspection readiness, and organisational growth initiatives.
The role is a governance-focused position with exposure to senior leadership, compliance frameworks, and strategic development.
Quality, Data & Compliance Officer Responsibilities:
· Coordinate internal audits and monitor CQC compliance across services
· Maintain inspection-ready governance documentation
· Produce KPI dashboards and executive performance reports
· Extract and analyse data from care management systems
· Support compliance tracking and action plan monitoring
· Coordinate property sourcing documentation (liaising with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors)
· Assist with tender submissions and compliance matrices
· Collate financial and operational summaries for senior leadership
About You
· Minimum 3-year experience in care sector governance, compliance or quality assurance
· Strong Excel and data reporting skills (pivot tables, dashboards, analysis)
· Confident handling of cross-department documentation
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Able to manage multiple deadlines and projects
· Understanding of CQC regulatory standards
· Experience contributing to tenders or contract documentation
· Exposure to audit or governance systems
