Field Sales Representative (South Wales)
Are you a confident relationship-builder who loves being out on the road, meeting people, and closing deals? We’re looking for a Field Sales Rep to grow and support our salon customers across South Wales.

What you’ll be doing
- Visiting salons and independent hair/beauty professionals across South Wales
- Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted go-to for product advice
- Growing accounts: introducing new lines, increasing order frequency and basket size
- Following a journey plan
- Prospecting new customers and bringing them on board
- Taking orders, following up, and keeping customers in the loop on offers/new launches
- Working closely with the store/office team to ensure smooth deliveries and service
- Keeping simple notes/updates on activity and sales
What we’re looking for
- Sales experience (field sales is ideal, but we’ll consider the right person with strong drive)
- Confident communicator, friendly, and professional
- Self-motivated, organised, and happy working independently
- A genuine interest in hair/beauty (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)

Location: South Wales (field-based)
Hours: Part time £16.5k basic + 5% commission on all sales. 10% after target
