Artisan Bakery in Didsbury Village, searching for a sourdough baker
We are looking for a baker that is passionate about their work, and willing to bring new ideas and creations. The role will include, baking, mixing & shaping a variety of sourdough. You will also be working alongside our other baker.
La Chouquette opened in December 2020, we produce Artisan Sourdough breads, Viennoiserie and cakes, we also supply our breads and pastries to many wholesale clients around Manchester.
-We were awarded Best Bakery in the Lancashire 2 years running, and most recently won Best Bakery in the Grand Final at England's Business awards in April 2023!
Full time
- 4 days a week
- 3 days off
- 40hrs week
-Night Shift: 2am to Midday
- Starting salary - £15.50 per hour
