We’re looking for a passionate and driven Housing Officer to join our Tenancy Management team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our communities – visible on our estates, building trusted relationships, and making a tangible difference to the lives of our tenants.
You’ll take ownership of a defined patch, managing tenancies and estates day-to-day, ensuring tenancy conditions are upheld, and supporting residents to sustain their homes.
From addressing anti-social behaviour to working alongside colleagues and partner organisations, you’ll play a key role in resolving issues, improving neighbourhoods and delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
In return, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative housing service, working alongside talented colleagues across the Council and partner organisations to deliver real change.
