Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Showroom Assistant role based in Chadderton, Greater Manchester. The role will support the day-to-day cleaning of offices and the showroom and the operational running of the showroom including welcoming visitors, serving hospitality, answering queries, and ensuring a professional, engaging customer experience.
Duties will include:
Showroom & Office Maintenance
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness across all showrooms, offices, meeting rooms, and our outlet.
- Execute and document monthly deep cleans, tracking progress via a structured checklist.
- Ensure all customer meeting spaces are perfectly organised and visitor-ready by the start of each day.
Standards & Inventory Management
- Uphold premium presentation standards, identifying and reporting maintenance issues (e.g., lighting, displays).
- Manage the stock-checking process to ensure showroom samples are accurate and properly labelled.
- Execute weekly updates, including removing discontinued stock and updating pricing to ensure 100% shelf accuracy.
- Monitor and restock marketing materials regularly to optimise the visitor experience.
Event & Executive Support
- Provide hands-on support during showroom launches and trade show build-up phases.
- Deliver high-quality hospitality and refreshments to customers during meetings and events.
- Assist the showroom and marketing teams with ad-hoc operational tasks and logistics (including event lunch collections).
