We're particularly interested in candidates who are confident in the classroom, resilient, adaptable and able to establish positive relationships with secondary-aged pupils.

- Acting as a positive and professional role model
Do I need previous teaching experience?

Why work as a Teacher or Cover Supervisor?
Working across secondary schools can provide excellent flexibility, variety and the opportunity to build valuable experience within different educational settings.
Whether you're looking for regular supply work, a long-term placement or a permanent position, we can help connect you with opportunities that match your experience, availability and career goals.
For teachers, supply work can offer greater flexibility around your schedule while providing the opportunity to experience different schools before committing to a longer-term position.
