Asset Project Manager – Housing Association – About the Company:
Castlefield are currently working with a Merseyside based Housing Association to recruit an Asset Project Manager to manage the client-side delivery of capital investment works projects. This role is for an initial 6-month interim contract, offering £43-45k per annum . It also offers hybrid working.
Asset Project Manager – Housing Association – About the Role:
- Support the delivery of property investment, major repair and planned maintenance programmes, helping to keep homes safe, compliant and in good condition.
- Take ownership of complex repair schemes and larger refurbishment projects involving empty homes.
- Plan and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, safely, to a high standard and within agreed financial and time constraints.
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants and internal teams, providing clear direction and resolving issues that could affect delivery.
- Apply professional surveying, project management and contract management expertise to identify risks, control costs and maintain progress.
- Review contractor and programme performance, taking action where standards, deadlines or budgets are at risk.
- Coordinate resources and activity across the service to support smooth and effective delivery.
- Provide advice and updates to colleagues and stakeholders, attending meetings and making day-to-day decisions within delegated responsibilities.
- Highlight significant financial, operational or strategic concerns to senior management when appropriate.
- Assist the Programme Delivery Manager with the wider running of the service and provide management cover during periods of absence.
Asset Project Manager – Housing Association – About You:
- Experience managing property maintenance or construction contracts
- Experience managing complex major repairs projects is desirable
- HNC/HND or equivalent
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Pay: £43,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
