Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Hybrid Working/Oldbury X2 per week (B69 4)
Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum + benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Part Time or Full Time (22.5 -37.5 hours per week) between Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30.

Role Summary
You will provide Occupational Health services to a key Energy Solutions client, working two days per week onsite in Oldbury to meet the client's face-to-face requirements. Onsite responsibilities will include case management, HAVS assessments and health surveillance, alongside the delivery of the full Occupational Health remit.
On your remaining working days, you will primarily work from home undertaking case management appointments, with an expected clinical capacity of 360 minutes per day (8 x 45-minute cases). You will be supported by our AI Scribe tool, helping to streamline clinical documentation and maximise the time available for employee care and case management.
There may be occasions where ad hoc travel is required on home-working days to meet client or operational needs. Wherever possible, this travel will be planned in advance to support effective diary and workload management.
Who Are We Looking For?
You will need to be a Registered General Nurse with previous experience in Occupational Health, as an Occupational Health Advisor.
An Occupational Health Nursing qualification is essential
HAVS experience
Current NMC Registration
Case management experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
Ability to travel to client site where required on a weekly basis.
