Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly customer service
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and address any concerns promptly
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage service
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively setting
- A friendly attitude with strong communication skills and a professional appearance
