Loft Insulation Installer
The Opportunity
We’re working with a fast-growing energy efficiency contractor delivering large-scale retrofit works across the UK. With consistent project flow under ECO4 and GBIS, they’re looking to bring in experienced loft insulation installers to support ongoing domestic programmes.
This is long-term, consistent work — not stop/start.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing loft insulation in domestic properties to PAS 2030 standards
- Carrying out pre-install checks (loft access, ventilation, existing insulation)
- Ensuring all work meets compliance and quality requirements
- Submitting photo evidence and job documentation
- Maintaining a clean, professional site and customer experience
- Liaising with supervisors and site teams where required
What You Need
- Proven experience installing loft insulation (ECO4 / GBIS preferred)
- Understanding of PAS 2030 standards
- Own van and tools (essential)
- Public liability insurance
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload

Pay: £37,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
