First and foremost, you’ll be required to plan and teach high-quality matwork and reformer-based Pilates sessions to small groups of varying abilities.
You’ll need to be able to create a warm and inclusive environment in which all participants have the opportunity to improve their Pilates practice.
You will need a keen eye for detail, being able to recognise opportunities to correct participant’s position and movement, often with hands-on correction.
You must have high-standards of professionalism, and be able to work as part of a wider-team, ensuring that participants adhere to our studio etiquette.
Before and after sessions, teachers will need to ensure that the Pilates studio is clean, tidy and ready for the next Pilates session.
