Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Window Fitters to join our construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, and replacing windows across the site. Candidates must be organised, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install new windows following technical specifications and schematics.
- Remove old or damaged windows safely and efficiently.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to carry out installations.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window fitting.
- Skills in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment effectively.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Previous experience working on-site in construction environments preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work at heights
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are advantageous but not essential.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safety standards and quality craftsmanship while contributing positively to our team environment.
This is a large job to be done in the 6week Holidays and would suit a team of fitters price work is available rates of pay can be negotiated
Pay: £150.00-£180.00 per day
