We're searching for an exceptional Operations Manager who thrives on leading people, solving problems, creating systems, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing:
Leading and inspiring our cleaning teams
Recruiting, training and developing exceptional people
Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring every property meets our high standards
Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiency and profitability
Helping attract new business and supporting the company's continued growth
Working alongside the directors to develop and deliver our growth strategy
Playing a key role in shaping the future of Spiff & Spruce
We're looking for someone who:
Is a natural leader who brings out the best in people
Thinks like an owner and gets excited about growing a business
Has excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Leads with honesty, integrity and accountability
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
Is commercially minded and confident spotting opportunities for improvement and growth
Holds a full UK driving licence
Experience in operations, hospitality, cleaning, facilities management or people management is beneficial, but we're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, leadership qualities and ambition.
