Kitchen Porter – Part-Time
Minimum 16 hours per week | Evening and weekend shifts required
We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join the team at our busy, award-winning seaside bistro.
This is a hands-on role supporting the kitchen team and helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing and cleaning crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, walls and work areas
- Keeping the waste and bin area clean and organised
- Maintaining a clean and tidy store cupboard
- Carrying out general cleaning duties to a consistently high standard
- Assisting the kitchen team wherever needed
The ideal candidate will have a great eye for detail, a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment, with some heavy lifting involved.
In return, you’ll become part of a friendly team in a lively seaside setting, working in one of the area’s award-winning bistros.
